I have checked the breacker and all outlets and still the washer want come on, before all this happened we heard a funny buzzing sound and then I turn it off and then tried to turn it back on and nothing happened, I did smell rubber burning, any answers would be very helpful :)

First off plug in a light or radio or something to make sure you have power.

The burning smell could be many things. I'd start by checking the belt, if any.
