How do I unjam dishwasher motor?

Guide says to "unjam" how does one go about that, please?

Remove the front cover plate from the bottom of the unit.
Spin the motor by accessing it from the vent holes in the motor casing.
Worst case is, you'll have to remove the motor to give a few spins.
Any oil you can get to the shaft bearings is also a good thing.
I usually do these with the power on so I know when the motor is running again but, you may want to shut the breaker off and power it on afterwards.
