GE Side by Side Refrigerator

I'm new here and this is my first post. Last spring my heater went up on my fridge and we got that replaced. Last week the freezer started thawing out again so we checked the heater and it looked as if the bulb burned out in the heater again....so we replaced it ourselves this time. The freezer is getting cold again but not enough to freeze anything and the fridge is slightly cold. Can anyone recommend what to check/replace now?? I would appreciate any help!

Some defrosters use more than one heater. I had one that had three from top to bottom. Make sure all the ice is being melted. Other than that I would check to see if the evaporator fan in the freezer is blowing or pulling air across the coils.
