Kitchaid Ice Maker problem

I have a problem with a Kitchenaid side by side. The problem is no ice from the ice maker. The following have been noted No water in the ice maker system and the control panel lights which normally are flashing are not on at all.

Will be checking the filters but I am really concerned with the appearance of no power to the unit.

Update: Have replaced the water values, but have not fixed the ice
maker problem of no water.

The water dispenser in the door does work.

Have power to the solid state ice maker control as the led is
flashing.

Do not want to have to do a fix by replacing all pieces ie; the ice
maker and solid state controller.

Anybody have any suggestions as how to proceed ???

I'd check for continuity on the door switches and for power to the ice maker. See our site for more details.
