Water Dispenser on Refrigerator has low pressure

My water dispenser on my Kenmore Refrigerator recently quit having enough pressure to be usable. At the same time the ice maker quit working. The water would freeze in the tube leading to the icemaker and it would come off of the inlet and run down the back of the inside of the freezer. I think I have the icemaker fixed, but the problem with the water dispenser remains. I have replaced the valve with a new one and put a new filter on leading to the water valve. I also have made sure all of the lines are clear from the water vavle to the dispenser. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you did all the right things. Maybe there was some sediment or trash in the water line leading up to your new valve which is now blocking the water. You can disconnect the water line and flush it out into a container to make sure it's clear and reclear the valve and filter.
