I have a six-year old Fridgidaire upright, nonself-defrosting freezer. Yesterday I opened it and found that two of the shelves were not working and the food thawed out, but the other two shelves were still freezing. The left side (outside) of the freezer was quite warm, as well. I defrosted the freezer about six months' ago. I went ahead and moved the food and unplugged the freezer. Any suggestions? Thank you :)
