Please if anyone has an idea. Compressor - I hear a click , compressor comes on for about 2 to 3 seconds and then another click and compressor stops. Weird part is that the fridge is cold yet the freezer is defrosted with water all over the floor. Also this may or may not help, but the compressor is warm not hot and if I shake it , it sounds like something is banging around inside of it. This fridge is less than two years old.

Usually, when the compressor clicks on and off like you describe, the problem is with the start relay. While two years is early for such a problem, the symptoms suggest it is the relay. On an older fridge, I would also suggest that the compressor is hard to start and so a "hard start" relay may be needed.

It seems you have a problem in your PTC relay.Replace it.
