HELP! Washer not filling with water

I have a Magtag stackable which has stopped filling with water. I check the water level switch and if there is pressure it work fine, washer goes to spin cycle. If I fill it with water using a bucket, I can wash clothes. Checked water hoses, plenty of pressure in both. Neither warm nor cold setting help, no water at all. Not sure how to check filler valve but from what I've read, usually one solenoid will go bad, not both.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!! The wash is piling up!

It seems that the only thing it could be is your water supply or the valves themselves. I would do the diaognostic HERE (http://www.acmehowto.com/howto/appliance/washer/check/inletvalve.php)
Have you tried filling in the rinse cycle position. Does it spray water during the spin cycle.
