sub zero freezer

i have frost on one spot on the top edge of my freezer.the door seal is intact - every time i remove the frost within a few days it returns.
any suggestion? could the frost line be the reason and if so what do i do?

The seal may be intact, but is is sealing tightly? Take a dollar bill and put between door seal a close door. Is there resistance on it as you pull is out? If air can leak at any point you will have a frost problem
