A Maytag dishwasher has an upper sprayer arm at the top that normally rotates as water is pumped through it. It has stopped rotating, but water still seems to flow through it. The arm is not stuck as it can easily move when pushed.
Found one site that indicates the water flow could be restricted.
How is this upper sprayer are removed?

After bold attempt. Found a plastic part that unscrews to relase the arm. Cleaned it, the lower arm and the rest of the washer interior. Now works fine.
