Doesn't Heat Up

I have an Amana gas stove that does not get enough gas to heat it up, it stays on 100 for along time & the house smells of gas, it has a insta-broil that works great.

You are saying the oven doesn't heat up past 100 degrees? If you smell gas, don't operate it. It is unsafe and an explosion could result.

I'd start by cleaning the gas jets. Clean the exterior of the gas jet tube with a grease cutter. Then clean the holes (jets) with a toothpick or pipe cleaner.

Check to see that all the jets are ignited when you light. But if you smell gas, shut it off immediately.
