Kenmore Ice Maker will not eject the ice

My side by side Kenmore 106.533593.00 with ice maker on the door
does not eject the ice. There does not appear to be an ice jam. I have used
hair dryer for several minutes in hopes of loosening something. Water for
glass filler works. Button on/off switch is at "on". The red light is blinking
to the right of the ice maker.

If there is a problem with the water line to the ice maker, it would seem that the ice reservoirs would be empty. This is not the problem. There is ice in those little buckets.

Does anyone have a suggestion on what I should do next in my attempt
to find the source of the problem.

Thanks for the response. I just visited the link and I will return to it. This morning, twenty four hours after discovering the problem, the unit has started making ice. Might have been something frozen in the water line to the ice maker.

My wonder now is whether or not I could have fixed it. I believe I stated the ice maker is in the door. This is not true, the ice maker is in the freezer side, but the ice is dropped into a reservoir in the door.
