Kitchen Aid Mixer - Almost new Professional 5 Plus Mixer won't turn on. Worked fine a short while ago and is now dead.

This is probably a pretty simple unit. First test in another outlet you know works. After that, unplug it and check the connection of the wires in the cord to the switch.
