My friend's keyboard is typing as though shift is pressed all the time. In order to type accurately, he has to press the caps lock in, and even then, the punctuation is messed up. Here's an example:
"all keys are like i"m holding down shift< and caps lock being on makes the letters lower case>>"
What could be the issue here? He's tried holding down shift for eight seconds, but it didn't seem to do anything.
