The spot welded wire connector at one end of the heating element,got loose.The element wire itself is about 1\8 IN. Dia. and protudes only about 1|4 IN. from the ceramic insulator. If there is a way to connect this wire back to the element without welding? Posibly a high temperature crimp conector?
