I have a general electric refrigerator model number TB14SLC and serial number 556910. It is not getting cold, top or bottom. What do you suggest? Do I repair or purchase used refrigerator unit? It is making a bubbling sound as the refrigerant is circulating throughout . The fan is moving freely and there is no indication that the motor is bad. Please send a suggestion or advice...thank you!
