On/off button stuck on Hotpoint FDW20 - help!

Its stuck in the in or on position.

I feel like an idiot as I broke it this morning!

Help! How do I fix it?

I will now show my ignorance by asking, what is a Hotpoint FDW20? :confused:

I did a model search at my wholesaler under Hotpoint FDW20 and came up with nothing.
