Good morning.
We have an older model Whirlpool bottom freezer model.
Last week I replaced the Defrost Timer (http://www.partwizard.net/product/113081/20097/) due to the fridge and freezer not getting cold at all. This seemed to fix the problem, until it cyles through the defrost mode... it's lasting too long. Everything in our freezer becomes mush before the timer kicks back on to refreeze.
Any ideas or thoughts to why this is happening? Possibly another part needs to be replaced?
Thank you in advance!
