Ge washer-oil in tub

Hello......I have a 3 yr old Ge washer, model #WHRE5260EOWW. I've noticed oil coming from under the agitator. There's no oil under the machine or under the tub. I need someone to tell me how to get the cap off that's under the fabric softener dispenser so I can remove the agitator. Thanks...

The agitator just pops up, the plastic bell under the agitator keeps it in place.
Just yank up hard on the agitator.
