Hi,
I hardwired a Whirlpool GU1108 dishwasher after moving into a new (old) house. It turned out that the wire had 220V instead of 110V (code violation, ground is neutral, black and white are both hot wires. I should've checked, of course). The dishwasher started and worked with a loud noise for about a minute then stopped. I'm trying to diagnose it and fix it myself (the wire is back to 110V). The panel lights are on, fills with water, water heats up. Motor doesn't make a sound and water doesn't drain. What should I check/replace? Thanks in advance.

Probably fuzed the motor open, it's internal overload blew, You can verify by checking with an ohmeter.
