We have a subzero side by side fridge that has doors that are really hard to open. It is about 13yrs old. We have been in the home for about 3yrs. It's been like this from the start. We recently had the door gasket changed but it was hard to open even before this.
I called subzero and they suggested having the doors demagnetized. Does anyone have any suggestions about our problem or any information on demagnetizing a fridge door??? Please help!!!
