I have a drain in the floor in the basement which is used to dispose off condensation from airconditioner, humidifier, etc. When my washing mashine pumps used water into the sink, which is connected to that drain hole, which then goes to the main drain pipe,I can see that bubbles are rising from that hole and they wet surrounding floor area. If laundry mashine disposes clean water, I can see that level in the drain rises a little but stays 2..3 inches below the top.
Could you suggest some king of valve which would prevent bubbles from coming out?
Thank you.

Assuming your using the proper amount of laundry soap, you may want to try snaking out the drain pipe. If your lucky, it's just a build of lint in the rinse water.
