During a wash in my Hoover Optima HNF6167 a wire came out of my wife's bra and has somehow exited the inner drum via one of the drain holes. I assume it is now lodged between the inner and outer drum (if these are the correct terms) causing friction and horrendous noise during the spin cycle. My question is how do I get into this space to remove it? Does it require a full strip down? Or is some limited access available if I remove the door seal? Or is there a better way?
