My Kenmore "Coldspot" #106.74262402 refrigerator's freezer door is not properly sealing. I am getting a small buildup of ice. The frige is not a year old and the gasket is clean, not cracked and very pliable.
The left side of the freezer door (handle side) is about a 1/8 of an inch or so lower than the right side (hinge side).
A friend suggested realigning the door.
How is this done?

I would guess that your door closing cam in the bottom hinge is broken. It is plastic, white or black with a hole in it for a water line to run into the freezer door. Here is a link to one but it's not yours. I couldn't find one using your number.cam (http://www.partselect.com/KenmoreModels.aspx?ModelNum=3639534753&searchTerm=)

If your freezer door gasket is installed with screws, loosen all the screws except the hinge side and realign the door till the gasket seats all around, then tighten all the screws. If this is hard to do, remove door and lay on a flat surface and do the same thing.
Sometimes, to get the gasket to seat all around, you will need to duck tape the door shut overnight and then remove the tape in the morning.
