not cooling, I changed the start relay and capacitor but that did not fix the problem.
Is the compressor the next item to change?.

is there voltage to the compressor ?

does the compressor run at all ?

does it try to run ?

There are other items which will prevent it from cooling. But if you know your compressor isn't coming on then it would be the next thing to check either low on freon or seized up.

Is it calling for cool?
Are there any fuses blown?
Are you getting power to the contactor coil?
Is the compressor tripped out on high pressure?
