need help troubleshooting the water dispensor

My water dispensor stopped working (ice works fine) so I changed the inlet valve in the back of the fridge kenmore coldspot model number 57575791.

The water still doesn't work. Is there another electrical relay I missed that could be causing this not to work?

Is there a mechanical that could cause this?

Check to see if the water line is frozen in the freezer door.
Disconnect the water line at the bottom of freezer door and try the water switch. If water comes out the disconnected line then it's probably frozen. Use a hairdryer on the line at the dispenser for several minutes to thaw it.
