Sears Kenmore Upright freezer help!

Model number 20551 on front door sticker.Where do you find more detailed model info plate on these.(14.6 cubic feet). Did part search for 118581 which states is discontinued part.Part number 1108143 is in stock.Problem is freezer stopped working.Will the 3 in 1 kit work on this? Thanks

NEVER use a 3n1 hard start kit unless you want the compressor to fail!! Probably a bad compressor start device inside the compressor side cover.
