Refrigerator is not working

My Frigidaire side by side stopped cooling. The lights, the cooling fan, and the evapotator fan works. It makes a weird noise every 5 minutes. I unplugg the refrigerator, I waited 2 hrs until the compressor cooled down. I plugged the refrigarator and it started working, but after 5 hours it happened again. I replaced the starter ptc, but the same thing is happening again. What is the problem, and how can I fix it.?

The nose is like a long burp every 5 minutes.
I think the compressor is trying to start, but I am not sure
Yesterday, I plugged the refrigerator and it started working fine, the ice maker started making ice. After 5 hours it stop cooling. I checked the evaporator coils behind the freezer wall and it was all frosted.

Could be the control-defrost adaptive timer pc board, the defrost termostat, may be need freon or the copressor is failing? Any suggestion to the problem will be appreciated. Thank you!

Frost is normal on the coils and if defrost is working it will melt in before it builds up too much.

Low freon would cause an uneven frost pattern.

Sounds like compressor trouble.
