kenmore dryer runs, but won't heat

My kenmore dryer runs but not heat. The ignitor won't light or glow. I"ve replaced the ignitor and it still won't light or glow. I've checked both of the oval fuses on the blower and they both have continuity. I'm at a loss. :( Any Ideas?

Check for 115 volts to the gas assembly at the connector. If zero, per the schematic,find out where the missing voltage is. Also, always check ohms with the component leads disconnected.
