No power for dishwasher

I have installed a new dishwasher, the only outlet under the sink only works for the garbage disposal with a switch how do I wire a hot outlet for the dishwasher :confused:

If the feed is in the outlet box and not in the switch box.This means that there is only one two wire cable in the switch box. Than it is wired as a switch loop. If so than in the outlet box take a two wire cable to your new outlet box or drectly to the dish washer in the old outlet box connect the white wire to the white that is on the outlet than connect the black to the black that is under the wire nut and not connected to the outlet.
