I have a refrigerator that is across the kitchen from the sink. The refrigerator has no cabinets around it. The kitchen is on the second floor with a bedroom below on first floor. My new refrigerator has an ice maker. How am I going to get water to that ice maker?

Is this a riddle? Well I do have a few thoughts. Maybe one will work for you.

Run it around the baseboard, wall or ceiling ,covering it with that type of conduit for wires they use in log homes to hide the wire.

Put it behind the baseboard if you can get it out. The plastic tubing would be easy to squeeze in.

There should be a space between the floor and ceiling below you could run it it.

Run it through the attic above. Insulate to keep from freezing.

My husband is thinking about going through the ceiling in the bedroom below and hide it with track lighting. There is no continuous baseboard due to opening in a wall.

I've run it behind the baseboard and then installed a low profile threshold in a doorway. I've seen people go up around the door, behind the casing (moulding).
