Hi, after doing a load of towel in our KitchenAid Gas Dryer I noticed a cloth gasket or glide, not sure what to call it ,in the drum of the dryer. The front of the drum is tilted down slightly. How do I replace the nylon glide on the dryer? Do I have to remove the front of the dryer to do so?

You will have to open the cabinet to access the front of the drum. You should use a new glide as the old one is probably worn or damaged.
