Kenmore Dryer blows no air...HELP

We have a Kenmore Dryer w/ new heating element that all of a sudden is not blowing air. We are thus steaming our clothes because the heating element is working fine. All vent lines are clear, so we figure it has to be some wacky thing in the machine itself and I cannot locate repair manual. Any help and/or advice would be appreciated.

If it isn't blowing air, the next question is the drum tumbling the clothes. If no, then check the belt.

If it is tumbling, then start by unplugging the dryer and inspect the blower wheel. It is attached to the back of the motor. Look for something jamming it. If it is able to turn and is attached to the motor shaft then you have got the mother of all bloackages in your airway.
