Temperature control on this has me lost. There's a single controller on the top shelf back of unit which goes from 1 clockwise thru 9... I thought that one was the highest (since "4" has a snowflake with a dotted line counter-clockwise to the one) but no matter where I seem to set it I get frozen veggies in the veggie keeper!

Anyone tell me If I've got this backwards?

Alternatively, is there a manual online anywhere as a PDF?

Your freezer vents cold air into the fridge. You may have multiple vents. If some of them are block by packages of food or ice build up, that will force more air through the vent near the crisper thus the frozen veggies.

Check for clear flow through each of the vents.

Your veggie vent may have a manual damper control, adjust that if it exists.

On my fridges, the higher number means colder. There is no stabdard though so yours may be the opposite.
