machine fills but will not do anything else .I replaced the belt ..When I tipped machine over there was what apears to be transmission fluid, green....Do you think it might be electrical?

Does the timer advance? If it does, does anything at all happen; any sounds, anything?

If the timer doesn't advance, try turning it to other stages in the cycle. Does it do anything in any of the other cycles?
