Question: My Fridge Freezer is a Blomberg Frost Free CFFN 311/ IONX 312.The problem is that the freezer compartment is continuously getting heavy deposits of ice,over the food, at the back, sides and the base. This has been happening since we moved house, prior to that it was fine.I look forward to hearing your comments.
Answer: It sounds as though the defrost system is not working. It is most likely the defrost timer but it could be the heating element as well. See the freezer section (http://www.acmehowto.com/howto/appliance/freezer/freezer.php) on our site for more details on testing the defrost components.
