Returned Freezer from Lowe's

I purchased a returned freezer from Lowe's. Someone bought it and returned it, so I got it for 1/2 price. I brought it home, let it sit for a day and then plugged it in overnight. In the morning it was still hot inside the freezer. I can hear the fan running. So I unplugged it and let it sit for several hours and then plugged it again. I checked it just now, and it's still hot on the inside....but...now the left side is cold and cold water is condensing there...but just in 2 horizontal lines.

If it doesn't start working, I will load it up and take it back...but I'd really like it to work, because it was such a good deal!

Any suggestions?

Well You Have Either A Bad Compressor, A Freon Leak, Or A Restriction In The Sealed System.... All Three Problems Are Needed To Be Addressed By A Licensed Service Tech, Cause Tapping Into The Sealed System Is Necessary To Resolve The Problem.... A Word Of Advice To All People With This Type Of Problem.... When It Comes To Freezers, It's Better Not To Trust A Freezer That's On The Fritz... Cause The Dollar Amount You Could Lose In Food, Most Likely Will Exceed The Amount Of A New Freezer... And People Tend Not To Use A Freezer As Much As Their Own Refrigerator, And Then Never Know The Freezer Went Bad Until It's To Late And You've Lost Only Not Your Freezer, But Hundreds Of Dollars Of Food....k
