Washing machine draining problem

Have a little draining problem. Washing machine will not drain. If I remove front panel of washing machine and disconnect the hose from the top of the pump and drain a slight amount of water out and then reconnect it the washer will drain properly for a few loads but then the problem will happen a again and then the whole process has to be done again. Any suggestions? :(

I'm not sure why what you are doing works. However, I'd recommend that you disassemble the pump and inspect it for a blockage or broken impeller blades.

I think your pump is damaged and only partly functional.
