Toilet problem

When the toilet is flushed, it fills from the bottom, and no water enters the bowl through the holes under the rim. Does anyone know how I can adjust the water to do this?

It is all a gravity system. The water flows out of the tank into the catcher at the back of the bowl. The water splits between the bowl and the rim. You can pull the tank off and inspect for a build up of debris that may be interfering with the wtaer flow. You may also need to clean out the individual holes around the rim - you can use a pipe cleaner or something similar. If you do that, you will need to rinse the debris out or it will just flow back in and reclog the holes in the rim.
