Rheem water heater

How do you change water heater elements? It is a Rheem 71-30s

Turn off the power, turn off the water to the tank, drain the tank, disconnect the wires from the element (mark them if necessary to remember where they go), remove the element (it either screws in or is bolted in place), wet the seal on the new element and install it, reconnect the wires. Turn on the water, wait for the tank to fill then turn on the power.

But before you do all that, did you check the red reset button first?
