Evap Fan Mtr

I have an evap fan that did not pass the ohms test above 2.5. i would like to find out what the vdc is suppose to be at the connector r-w y-w b-w i assume that it is a 3 speed mtr. right now i have 13 vdc r-w 13 vdc y-w o vdc b-w make hotpoint mod# hss25ifmdww ser# sd216147. i have a new mtr and control board but not sure i need to install the control board. thanks terry

I believe:
Red is 13v DC
White is common
Yellow is speed voltage from Controller
Blue is Tach RPM > to Controller

I have a Service Bulletin and a Service Manual for that model
