Washer Timer Bad?

How's it going guys. I figured I'd ask a question for a change.
Our washer starts out normal and goes through the wash cycle. But the wash cycle never ends. The timer never advances. If I move the dial to rinse nothing happens. On spin it spins but I didn't leave it on spin long enough to see if the timer moves.

It's a Kenmore model# 110.24622300

I have the timer out and I'm 90% sure that's the problem but I figured I'd run it past you guys first before I sink $65 into a new one.

Sounds like a bad Timer.
