Does the Timer Motor advance ?

no the timer never moved or made a sound.

It could be the Timer, Lid Switch, or Water Level Switch.
If you could check the voltage at the Washer Motor White wire to chassis (ground). should be 120v AC
See if the Washer will run in any of the different Cycles (Regular, Delicate, Permanant Press, etc) with the Extra Rinse Switch ON

took off the top rear cover with all the wiring and swithes. Noticed the lid switch wasn't moving that much. Moved it manually and it worked. Thank you for your help. :) ;)
