Freezer is cool but not cold, certainly not freezing.
Compressor runs. It cycles on and is hot.
There is some frost on the first few inches of coils but not on the rest. After the first few loops the coils are cool but not cold.
Evaporator and compressor fans both work.
Thermostat control works.
Defrost thermostat on coils is new.
Defrost timer works. It cycles the compressor and fan on and off.
