Refrigerator drippy inside, and freezes on top

The title just about sums up my refrigerator problem. Water dripping from top of frig, milk and other things freeze on top shelves, but not on other shelfs or drawers. GE frig side by side.the water is causing rust stains around the seams at the bottom of the refrigerator.The seal is a little cracked on the bottom door, and the seal is getting rust stains too. :confused:

Probably a clogged drain line. You could put most of your "groceries" in a cooler then turn off the fridge and open the doors to let it all thaw, or take it apart and thaw.
