kenmore dishwasher heat

I have a Kenmore Quiet Wash III 665 series model. I recently replaced the heating element that was broken in two. But it still does not heat. I'm pretty sure the installation was correct. Everything else still works. Can anyone give me any direction from here?

need full model number ex. 110.xxxxxxxx

Could have fried a Relay (part of the Controller Board) if the Heater Element touched the metal Tub while ON.

the only other thing would be the Hi-Limit Thermostat or a bad (Relay on) the Controller Board
