Kenmore elite Oasis HE top loader
Type:580 Mod:110.708263

When I start a load it will stop when it reaches 34 minutes left. I get a code of (ol 1 min) before it finishes and it unlocks the door. I open the door and the clothes are still soaked, as it never went into the spin cycle. It then starts adding water again. The washer never changes to say rinse it just added more water with very little agitation and it goes from 34min to 4min. left and then it will start to drain water with very little spinning, then it stops at 1min left. It will spin the water out if I push rinse and drain and stop 2nd rinse so it will only drain and spin. I did have a repairman check it and he said the pump was fine and that I just needed to keep doing what I am doing now. This is very strange why it never shows that it's in the Rinse cycle. Any one else have this problem or knows what could be causing it? Any help is greattly appreciated.

Thanks

An "oL" error code is suppose to indicate the machine has detected an Oversized Load. If that definitely isn't the case than there may be a problem with some component of the machine making the control 'think' it is overloaded.

Was this a Sears technician or just a local company?

Your washer model was made for Sears by Whirlpool. If Sears is unable to get to the problem I suggest you contact a Whirlpool *factory authorized* service depot for service. They should be most familiar with the machine and the likely possible causes which might need further investigation.
