Hello I have a Frigidaire side by side that has been giving me a big pain since I purchased it. I had to replace the evaporator coil fan with a new one. Put everything back the way it shows now the top part of the freezer is around 30 degrees and the bottom around 10. The fridge side is the same way the top compartment is warm and the bottom is icy. The fan works the compressor is fine the evaporator does not ice up in a certain area,it does it evenly. The defrost cycle works good. The damper is good also it is in the open position. Somehow the circulation is not flowing,Like I said the fan is in the correct area. It blows out against the front of the cover not towards the back. Can the fan be turning the wrong way. This is the oem part. Thanks

Yes I d I forgot to include that
FRIDGE Model # PLHS269ZCB2
Fan part # 240563701

Also now I have no water to my ice maker and water dispenser,I Have checked water all the way to the filter thought I needed a new filter base because when I removed the base it shot out like there was a lot of pressure, the filter I shook out and water came out. The level in the filter is only 3/4 when I plug it in and test the water dispenser I here the valves opening ,but no water.....................This fridge is the biggest piece of crap I ever purchased, had nothing but problems since I got it.

I have the parts Manual but no service manual. For some reason the fans blows towards the front cover and only the bottom half of the freezer & fridge get cold to upper section is warm like around 54 degrees
