My washing machine fills up with water, but never drains or begins the spin cycle. It used to fill up and sit for a very long time (hours) then start the cycle. Now it doesn't click over at all. Is this a timer issue? Any other suggestions? I am currently overseas so I am trying to have my wife do the work while I troubleshoot off the info she gives me.

Lid Switch (and Motor Thermal Overload Switch) will prevent all Timer and Wash Motor activity.

Does not agitate... Thanks for the wiring sheet. I'll look it over and try somethings when I get home.
