Refrig giving me a "vacuum condenser" message. I vacuum the fins up top and reset the fridge by turning it off and back on. The message comes back in a couple weeks...though the fins appear to still be fairly clean. Subzero technical help consisted of telling me to call one of their repair guys. Thanks in advance for any help in where to look for any issues. Refrig and freezer appear to be working fine.

I vacuum the fins up top Proper cleaning of the condenser usually requires more than just a surface vacuuming. Condensers are usually several inches thick and dense. A stiff brush (see the following link) and lots of elbow grease is often required and sometimes even more drastic measures than that if the condenser hasn't been cleaned on a regular basis.

There might also be the possibility that the condenser fan may not be operating up to par.

The message comes back in a couple weeks. Subzero technical help consisted of telling me to call one of their repair guys. My guess would be that it is not clean enough. If you can't get the message to cease I *strongly* advise you to call for service as running it with even a partially plugged condenser can lead to compressor and/or sealed system damage ($$$+).
